Firt-time visitors to Kembang Goela would be well-advised to begin the journey to the ultimate in indonesian fine dining by starting with the Nyai Dasima salad (the dressing is simpy to-die-for) followed by a main course comprising sayur lodeh soup,dendeng balado ( finely sliced fied beef laced wiyh moderately hot chili) and vegetables,and ultimately es cendol as dessert.
The ambience,created by prime interior decorator Agam Riyadi,is superb,with classic,time-honored batik cloths festooning the walls.
